Non-Refundable Items

  • As we manufacture and sell consumables and food items, our refund policy does not apply to these products.
  • All products are non-refundable once the order is confirmed.
  • Returns will only be acceptable in case of manufacturing defects within 7 days from date of delivery.

Sample Packs

  • We offer sample packs to help you make an informed decision before placing a larger order. Kindly visit the Sample Packs section and order them if you are unsure about any product.

Exceptions and Conditions

  • Manufacturing Defects: Refunds are only applicable in the case of a manufacturing defect. If you believe your product has a defect, please contact our customer support team immediately.
  • Damaged During Transit: While we take utmost care in packaging, we do not bear liability for goods damaged during transit. Kindly check the package upon delivery and report any issues to the delivery personnel.
  • Custom Orders: Custom orders, including personalized packaging and custom-made products, are non-refundable.
